MotoGP 23 Full Track List

The MotoGP 23 game is a welcome predecessor to the very difficult ’22 edition, with a very different handling model. But what about the track selection? Is it any different to the previous game? Any new tracks or missing tracks?

The MotoGP 23 game features 27 tracks in total, including all 21 tracks included on the original real life 2023 MotoGP season calendar, plus 6 additional Historical/Classic tracks.

2023 Championship/Career Mode Track List

Let’s break down the complete list given above into just what you’ll race if you do a standard Career Mode or add an “official 2023 calendar” to a custom GP Championship:

  • Portimao
  • Argentina
  • Austin Texas
  • Jerez
  • Le Mans
  • Mugello
  • Sachsenring
  • Asset TT
  • Silverstone
  • Austria
  • Catalunya
  • Misano
  • India
  • Motegi
  • Mandalika
  • Phillip Island
  • Chang
  • Malaysia
  • Qatar
  • Valencia

In other words, just 20 of the 21 tracks that were originally due to be raced on the real life 2023 MotoGP season calendar. The real life season actually had just 20 races as the inaugural Kazakhstan GP at Sokol was cancelled. But it still remains on the game and is still included in any custom GP mode seasons you race create. It’s just not included in any official career seasons on this game.

Historical Track List

The list of classic tracks is similar to last year, with 6 additional tracks to choose from:

  • Aragon (Spain)
  • Brno (Czech Republic)
  • Donington Park (UK)
  • Estoril (Portugal)
  • Laguna Seca (USA)
  • Indianapolis (USA)

You can add any of these extra tracks to any custom season or online race you set up, which is pretty cool. However, you can’t add them to career mode seasons. For that, you’re locked into the official 2023 calendar tracks, though you can do medium or shorter length seasons if you want.

Differences From The MotoGP 22 Track List

The track list is largely similar from the previous MotoGP 22 game, but with a few additions and removals:

  • Added – The new Kazakhstan (Sokol) and India (Buddh) circuits are new track this year.
  • Removed – The Kymi Ring (Finland) circuit is not on this year’s game.
  • Track order – The season calendar also follow a different structure to ’22. Portugal opens the calendar, and Qatar and Mandalika are pushed to the end of the season rather than the start, and the order of some of the other races is mixed up a bit.
  • Historical tracks – Aragon is now added as an extra track having been part of the official calendar on ’22. Otherwise it’s the same 5 other tracks as last year.
